Each feature of the RMT® Club is specifically designed to create a more integrated and athletic body from head to toe. It incorporates a soft, flexible club head and a reinforced handle to absorb impact for high intensity heart pumping movements as well as internal shifting weight for dynamic resistance and audible feedback, helping synchronize movements and unify the body.
